Church announcements are now over, haha. Let's get into some astrology for the month!

✨Astrology: The Sun is in Capricorn. ☀️ The vibes are calm, reserved, and calculated. Capricorns have a reputation for being leaders and trailblazers and possess the type of resilience known always to achieve what they set out to do. At this time, we may be motivated to go after who or what we desire without letting up while simultaneously not forcing or overexerting ourselves. The big picture is vital to us right now, and making sure we take cautious steps toward it keeps us balanced and discerning. ⚖️ Considering we just had the Full Moon in Cancer and have concluded Mercury while in Retrograde, this Capricorn New Moon on January 11th is about getting busy and down to business with the people, places, or things that ensure our success and progress. A new cycle of planning, leadership, and growth will be present, and it's simply because we slowed down and took inventory of our newfound beliefs and who we need to be to get certain things done! ✅ Momentum toward our destiny is guaranteed as long as we are transparent in our mind, body, and soul about who we are. Considering it is an 8-year period associated with Saturn, we can expect some speed and a change in how we operate as long as we are disciplined, sacrificed, and surrendered to the divine call. In other words, Daddy Saturn wants us to hop on it and eventually will sprinkle many blessings! 🎁

8️⃣ Numerology: 2024 is an 8-year in numerology, and it is here to drive us to new levels! 📈 Ironically, the 7-year we have just concluded, in addition to the recent Full Moon in Cancer and Mercury Retrograde, has allowed us to redefine our goals and who we are on a divine level. 😇 This year, we are moving forward with what's in our hearts and are given the energy to liberate ourselves. This empowering feeling allows us to leave the bullshit and witness how sacrifices and hard work pay off! However, there is cautious advice as we must release whatever dreams we have that are unrealistic. How do we know which dreams are not realistic? Unrealistic dreams are the ones that never work out—the ones better in theory and fantasy rather than reality. For example, in my mind, I can easily be Beyonce. The reality? Please don't make me say it! 🤣 If this is a concern, take a trusty notepad and pen and write down the skills you already possess, the skills you would like to work on, and what it will take for you to be the person you've always dreamt of. The answer you're looking for is somewhere in those lists. 🤓 Saturn is associated with the 8-year and is currently in the sign of Pisces. Remember never to underestimate Saturn's ability to make an example out of you! Teachable lessons are promised if you are making the wrong calls! 🪐You can expect lessons to be taught until you become wise, but when you pass the class, you can expect amazing rewards! This is the year of responsibility and determination; stay the course. 👨‍🏫

🔮 Tarology: The tarot card associated with Capricorn is The Devil. 😈 The meaning of the card is considered clear vision. If you know nothing about The Devil card in tarot, connecting "clear vision" with a card known for endangerment, temptation, and enslavement may be challenging. 🤔 I guess when you're in the dark, that's when the light appears. When one has the proper insight into a situation that may have been foggy, we are released from the fog or even the shadow. The Devil card can also highlight destructive situations or behaviors associated with codependent relationships, materialism, and negativity. Lust and negative thinking are also on the menu if you're into that sort of thing. 🍽️ However, there is this understanding that these cycles of destruction are only an invitation to break free from whatever no longer fits. The famed actor Jim Carrey once said that when we are depressed, it is our body's way of saying, "I no longer want to play this character anymore." During this time, our old selves and old habits with old people may creep up, and even though it is familiar, it is dark (dead). ⚰️ Capricorn season invites us to put the nail in the coffin on what is dead and awaken to the light of something new and promising waiting for us.
